Unspoken

Certain things are hard to talk about, hard to discuss. Either you did something you feel shame about or something happened, in you desire to end that intolerable feeling in your body you burring it deep inside and you put a heavy gravestone above to keep it quite .You feel that if that will come up you will be broken to million pieces, your mind will collapse. But there is not even a single minute when you completely forget about that, you are looking at the gravestone and know exactly what's in there, pulsating waiting for it's moment. You're looking at it and it gives you shiver.
I think if you lucky enough you will have someone in your life who will see through you, will know how devastated you are even though you're smiling and pretending normal but that stone keeps you to the the ground and won't let you fly, won't let your heart beat to the full extent. That someone will find way to help you take that grave stone and talk through or just look at your fear, your pain, your action from the other angle. Sometimes it takes a conversation, sometimes a trip to the place that you love but it will always take the person who really, truly, deeply cares about you.
But sometimes we have no one by our side who cares that much,no one who is ready to do whatever it takes to bring your true self back... then you need to become that person, view yourself from the side and decide what to do. Of course there are things that we can't just talk through and forget but there are things that we can fight with fight for our true selves if we look back to how we felt when were happy, that is it,that was true you, happy and ready to conquer the world (or just ride a bike or bake a cake or draw something),look at that person it's worth fighting for and worth bringing back and if you have no one by side you will have to become that warrior.
